| We
here at Bill Springer Construction pride ourselves on all facets of the
work that we do but many times new clients have no way of knowing the
quality of our work unless they travel to either a current job site or
to a project that we have already completed. That can be very time
consuming and occasionally dangerous! With that in mind we have instituted this page to allow you, the potential client, the opportunity to virtually go with our crew on various projects. Here you will be able to view selected segments of various projects that we have completed . . . all from the comfort of your home or business AND at anytime of the day or night! Each of the following projects are brought to you via a "Flash" style "slide" presentation that plays right from your browser. The projects presented will show different photographic stages of completion from beginning to end with brief descriptive text to explain each "slide". You will also have the ability to completely control just how long each "slide" remains on your screen AND you also have the choice to "Go Back" to a particular "slide" or to "Replay" each presentation from the beginning. As we compile more of our recent projects they will be added and we will also archive past projects so you will have the ability to view them at a later date. All that is required of you is that you have "Flash" installed on your computer system (more than 98% of all computers come with "Flash" pre-installed). If you do not have "Flash" you can download the fastest version and install it from here! |

Bathroom
Remodel - When contacted, the client wanted a MAJOR update
to their existing bathroom. The shower, commode, lighting, wall covering,
and entrance door were completely replaced along with the floor tile.

|
Deck
Addition - Client wished to add an addition to her pre-existing deck
that was not too boxy nor square. We offered up several design ideas and
this was the one that best matched what she had envisioned. Upon completion,
she was very happy with the custom deck pattern design as well as the
entire project as a whole.

Deck
Facelift - Client called and wanted a new deck because she felt that
the existing deck was unsafe for her grandchildren. Upon initial investigation
the joists and substructure where found to be sound. I suggested just
the replacement of the decking boards. With the money she saved, she decided
to go with Composite Decking, a longer lasting and maintenance free material.
With that, we gave her a new handrail with additional railing on both
sides of the stairs.

Entry
Stoop - The home owner wanted to make her entry way a little more
attractive and thus we both decided that a concrete and tile stoop was
just the right addition to add beauty & value to her home.

Front
Porch Addition - Client wanted to have a nice, roomy front porch.
Created new footers, poured the concrete exposed aggregate floor, added
10' roof extension with aluminum soffit and fascia, and finished it in
time for their 4th of July party - which the client was VERY HAPPY about!

Pool
Side Deck - Client wanted a deck by their pool. Their ideas coupled
with terrain restrictions a final design was arrived at. 16" joists provide
not only stronger support but also a higher degree of rigidity. The landscape
block retaining wall adds to the beauty and also provides space for plant
accents. Custom-made benches allow for ample seating for those casual
get-togethers.
